This is because by entering the university money is really need especially to pay the fees. As we know the main rules of university or institution, the students are compulsory to pay the fees. That is why the financial background is so important. For example there are some of students who quick from their study because cannot affort to the pay tha fees. Because of this it can bring bad effect to the students it self and their future life.
